Your Trusted North Phoenix Pool Service
AZ’s Best Pool Service & Repair is based at 3120 W Carefree Highway, at the I-17 interchange, and has been since Jerry Theobald founded the company in 2002. Our weekly routes cover every neighborhood in 85050, 85054, 85085 and 85024: Desert Ridge, Aviano, Sky Crossing and Fireside at Desert Ridge; Norterra, Fireside at Norterra and Sonoran Foothills; and Copperleaf, Carefree Crossing and Amber Hills along Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway.
Being local means a technician who already knows your HOA gate, a route that passes your street every week, and a fast turnaround when something breaks. It also means we know what North Phoenix pools fight: dust. Spring wind and monsoon outflows carry it off the open desert north of Carefree Highway, and construction around Norterra and North Valley Parkway adds fine grit. Dust brings phosphates, phosphates feed algae, and a clogged filter overworks the pump.
Weekly Pool Cleaning Services
On the Full-Service plan, every visit covers water testing and balancing with chemicals included, skimming, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, brushing the walls, steps and tile line, vacuuming the floor, a check of the pump, filter, salt cell, heater and automation, and before-and-after photos texted or emailed to you.
Most pools up here are family play pools of roughly 10,000 to 18,000 gallons, used hard from May to September. Weekly brushing, a vacuumed floor and a filter cleaned on schedule are what keep them clear through dust season. Want to handle the brushing yourself and have us manage the chemistry? Ask about the chemicals-only plan. Compare our weekly pool cleaning packages.
Expert Pool Equipment Repairs and Installations
Desert Ridge and Aviano-era pools are reaching the age where pumps, filters and salt cells wear out, and Sky Crossing’s newer saltwater pools are due for their first cell replacements. Weekly customers get first call on equipment repair, and the same team handles installation of variable-speed pumps, salt systems and automation as certified Pentair, Hayward and Jandy installers.
