Your Trusted Peoria Pool Service
At AZ’s Best Pool Service & Repair, we provide weekly pool cleaning across north Peoria, from Vistancia, Blackstone, Trilogy and Sonoran Mountain Ranch (85383) down the Lake Pleasant Parkway corridor to the established neighborhoods of 85382 and 85381 between Bell Road and the Loop 303 in Fletcher Heights, Westwing Mountain, and Terramar.
North Peoria is where the Valley meets open desert. Vistancia and Sonoran Mountain Ranch back onto state land and the hills around Lake Pleasant, every windy afternoon moves some of that desert into the pool, and the grading still going on in Vistancia adds fine dust on top. These are also family neighborhoods, and a play pool used every afternoon from May to September burns chlorine faster than a pool nobody swims in.
Weekly Pool Cleaning Services
On the Full-Service plan, every visit covers water testing and balancing with chemicals included (salt level and cell condition checked on saltwater pools), skimming, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, brushing the walls, steps and tile line, vacuuming the floor, a check of the pump, filter, heater, salt cell and automation, and before-and-after photos the same day.
Weekly testing, chemicals that keep up with the bather load, and a brushed and vacuumed pool are the difference between swimming and waiting for the water to clear. After a dust storm your regular visit continues with extra brushing and vacuuming. Trilogy homes are often seasonal; the weekly visit does not change when you are away. Chemicals-only and Plus plans are available. Compare our weekly pool cleaning packages.
Expert Pool Equipment Repairs and Installations
Vistancia-era pools, built from 2004 on, are reaching the age where pumps, filters and salt cells wear out. Weekly customers get first call on equipment repair, and we quote the replacement before the old one strands you in July. We are certified Pentair, Hayward and Jandy installers.
