Weekly Pool Cleaning Services
On the Full-Service plan, every visit covers water testing and balancing with chemicals included (calcium hardness and metals watched closely on well-water pools), skimming, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, brushing the walls, steps and tile line where well-water scale shows first, vacuuming the floor, a check of the pump, filter, heater, salt cell and automation, and before-and-after photos the same day.
On well water we use a sequestrant when the fill water needs it and tell you when a drain-and-refill or a filtered fill will cost less than fighting the chemistry. Many Carefree and Boulders owners are here from November to April; the weekly visit does not change when the house is empty. Chemicals-only and Plus plans are available. Winter nights are colder up here than in the city, so spa heaters work hard from November on. We repair and replace Raypak, Pentair, Hayward and Jandy heaters, and your technician checks the heater during the weekly visit so December brings no surprises.
